If you hold this type of product which is very popular in France you need to know that the French government has commissioned a report and may well look at changing some of the benefits these policies offer, particularly by extending the length of time the policy needs to be held to obtain tax free allowances and perhaps reducing the tax free exemption for succession tax. Whilst retrospective action for existing policies is unlikely it might be worth reviewing your position now particularly if you no longer live in France.
